Le Papillon's Catering Minimum is $7,000.00. 

 

Each additional course is $15.00 per person with labor, service charge and sales tax to adjust.

 

A deposit of  50% of the estimated total cost is required to book the date. 

The balance, along with a final guaranteed confirmation of the number of guests, is due two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.  

 

The above per person price does not reflect beverage costs.

 

The first 7children ages eight and under are complimentary. After that the charge is $25 per child. 

Children 9 -12 and vendors, are half the adult pricing.

 

Cancellations:  If for any reason the contract is canceled at least 180 days prior to the event Le Papillon will refund 100% of the deposit.  If the event is canceled within 180 days, regardless of the circumstance, the deposit is nonrefundable.
