Le Papillon's Catering Minimum is $5,000.00, beverages and/or beverage labor is not included. We require a three-course menu for events with

sixty five or less guests. Each additional course is $15.00 per person with labor, service charge and sales tax to adjust.

 

A deposit of  50% of the estimated total cost is required to book the date.  The balance, along with a final guaranteed confirmation of the number of guests, is due two weeks prior to the date of the event.  Once we are within two weeks of the event the number of guests can increase but cannot decrease for a fiscal refund.  A higher guest count at the event will be charged following the event.

 

The above per person price does not reflect beverage costs.

 

The above pricing is based on a maximum rental time of eight hours (includes two hours for set up and one hour for striking).

 

The above price does reflect all rentals needed for the service of food to be provided by Le Papillon. Le Papillon will provide all items pertaining to the service of food including all china, silverware, chafing dishes (if applicable) and bread baskets. All glassware will be provided with one of our beverage packages.  Not included in the pricing are items such as linen, napkins, tables, chairs, chargers, space heaters, flowers, candles or other decorations since these items are not related to food or beverage service. Le Papillon catering will carry any rental orders needed and will provide all the set-up/strike labor needed. If a rental order is placed through another source, Le Papillon can provide labor at an additional charge.

 

Pricing for children between the ages of nine to twelve years of age and vendor meals are charged at half the total per person price. Children eight and under are free of charge up to the seventh child. The eighth child and above will be charged $25 per child.

 

Cancellations:  If for any reason the contract is canceled at least 180 days prior to the event Le Papillon will refund 100% of the deposit.  If the event is canceled at least 90 days in advance, 50% of the deposit will be credited towards a future event. Should you cancel less than 90 days prior to the scheduled date we regret that we will be unable to refund any part of your deposit.  The only exceptions to this policy shall be if Le Papillon catering is able to book the date to another party.  In this instance, 50% of the deposit will be refunded regardless of the notice given.
