BEVERAGE PACKAGES
Le Papillon will charge based on the package selected and the final guest count given two weeks prior to event.
Guests under 21 will be charged at a reduced price.
All pricing is based on one bar and five hours of service.
Each additional bar is $500 and each additional hour is $5 per person with service charge and sales tax to adjust accordingly.

Package 1: Wine Bar
Pre-ceremony house made fruit punch and ice water station (April-October) and hot cider and water station (November - March)
Sparkling wine, white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, bottled sparkling water, and a coffee and tea station following dinner.
All labor needed (behind the bar and table side wine service), set-up and break down of the bar, all glassware, ice and recycling included.
Pricing: $27.00 per person plus 25% service charge and CA sales tax.
To offer a tray-passed sparkling wine toast, add $6 per person with service charge and sales tax to adjust accordingly.
Package 2: Full Bar
Pre-ceremony house made fruit punch and ice water (April-October) and hot cider and water station (November - March)
Full Bar with call spirits, mixers, garnishes, sparkling wine, white and red wine, beer, soft drinks, bottled sparkling water, coffee and tea station following dinner.
All labor needed (behind the bar and table side wine service) set-up, break down of the bar, all glassware, ice and recycling included.
Pricing: $45.00 per person based on four hours of service (this is based on wine service only during dinner) plus 25% service charge and CA sales tax to be added.

Premium Bar will be $55 per person plus 25% service charge and CA sales tax to be added.
Super-Premium bar will be $60 per person plus 25% service charge and CA sales tax.
Package 3: Winery
If you are booking your event at a winery, or a venue that provides their own beverage package, Le Papillon can provide pre-ceremony house made fruit punch and ice water (April-October) and hot cider and water station (November - March), soft drinks, bottled sparkling water, coffee/tea service following dinner. Bar glassware, set-up and breakdown of the bar, ice and beverage labor (behind the bar and table side wine service).
Pricing: $10.00 per person plus 25% Service Charge and CA Sales Tax.
